1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TLH IT Solutions services, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our platform.

2. Service Scope

We provide full-stack digital services including design, development, branding, automation, and digital strategy. Project scope and deliverables are agreed upon during onboarding.

3. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, code, and platforms developed remain the intellectual property of TLH IT Solutions until full payment is completed and delivery terms are met.

4. Payment & Billing

Payment terms are defined in our project contracts. Late payments may result in project delays or temporary suspension of access.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your ideas, data, and strategies. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be signed upon request.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from service delays, platform interruptions, or third-party integrations.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. Any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.
